Paradigm Transport owners

William Allen Sanders & Tammy Lynn Sanders

Paradigm Transport began as a even smaller company Sanders Trucking with Bill's father Henry Allen Sanders and uncle Gary Randall Sanders, with only 3 trucks and 3 trailers. Years of slow success eventually led the way to a more financially secure future. Bill not following completely in his father and uncles shoes, although still in and around trucks his entire life, went to pursue a career in education and after graduating from University of Arizona with a degree in business, he started a small commercial analytical company based out of Albuquerque. It was here he met Tammy, who held a degree in finance, worked for Bill before eventually getting married.

Henry Sanders, eventually due to age and the increasing cost and demands of a quickly changing transportation industry, had to hand the families small trucking company over to Bill, who he hired and placed a driver in his father's truck. Gary Sanders continued to run for several more years before also having to climb out the truck for the final time. Bill once again hired and placed another driver into his uncles truck. Bill continued to sub the families trucking company as a subsidiary to his full time analytical company. After Henry Sanders passing Bill and Tammy decided to merge both companies renaming to Paradigm Transport, and then moved back home to Santa Fe, where at this time they had acquired 4 more trailers. Switching from a trucking to a leasing company and focusing more on the business aspect than the actual hands on driving part. They then started to lease on highly qualified owner operators allowing that aspect of the business to be controlled by them, in the spirit of Henry Allen Sanders. A family structure is what Bill and Tammy have worked for all these years, and that same family extends to the few owner operators that are part of Paradigm Transport. Bringing us to today and a highly successful and energetic company with an extremely bright future, Paradigm Transport: home of the finest operators in the world!

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.
